My Loan: Approved...
For those who don't know my plight, I am getting an apartment. It's located somewhere in Sunway, near where I'm saying.
The Loan's been approved. I just got the call from the bank officer a while ago... It's exciting, but yet, it's scary.
It all starts here... Endless struggle... 30 years, 200K debt...
Habislah...
So help me God.

I don't think it's that bad ... so need not fret about it really ...
As long as you're constantly reminded of your financial status, it'll be the compas or your guiding map on what can or cannot be done in terms of financially that is.

wow 30 years...that is a long way to go. when you have the extras, pay extra...finish faster.
p: Whatever said and done, it's a 30 year risk... hehehe
miche: I seem to subscribe to the 'liquidity' mentality. Why should I bog down my liquid assets? Maybe I haven't gained enough financial stability yet...
