When he shat nothing at all....
It's late in the evening, and i have nothing to do in the office, so i decided to update the blog.
Sometimes i wonder whether i am actually blogging for myself or for the sake of some of my 'invinsible' readers. Do i demand an audience? Do i deserve an audience??? Do people actually waste their time in reading my rants and nothingness???
sigh..
a very stupid posting...

Hey man, I read your blog what. Especially since I subscribe to your blog through RSS, I'm notified whenever you update it.
As someone who's been blogging for a while now, let me offer my 2 cents. If your blog is like a diary of thoughts and musings, I would say your audience is mainly yourself. But if your blog is topical, then you would be writing for someone who's interested in that topic, i.e. an audience.
It's less pressure blogging for yourself, but it's more fun to interact with an audience. If I were you, I wouldn't care about an audience first. Once you're comfortable with blogging and found some topics to regularly write about, you're bound to get them.
Cultural capital my friend... must build up cultural capital...
Whoa! 'Cultural capital' - blast from the past man!
oh man, you blog more in a week than I do in a month! Good to know that you enjoy blogging. Not intending to be an invisible audience here since its my 2nd time here :P
You can get yourself caught up in 'Blogging For Self VS Blogging For Audience' debates forever, but essentially, you're STILL a Copywriter. Your instincts tell you to write for an audience.
Amanda: Maybe it's down to me being new, enthusiastic and all, however, don't get the wrong idea about copywriters getting paid premium salaries for doing nothing much in the office... :)
su-yin: Takes one to know one... I think i've decided to go with my general theme for this blog: A collection of uncollected thoughts.
